Apart from or combined with life-style, residence or retirement purposes, buying villa at Vista del Mar is a sound investment, both short term, based on property appreciation, and life-long, based on a proven rental income.

Averall return on investment in Vista del Mar villas is expected to be 12–15% per year:

7–8% of Capital appreciation/Resale value and 5–7% of Rental return.

Resale value.

Our villas, bought before the pandemic and resold by owners have already gained a 25% increase in market value. With the land prices in Phuket increased by 10% last year alone, and by 50-70% in Naithon, villa sale prices are also going up.  Due to our unique nothing-like-this location – most wanted north-west coast of Phuket, sea view, and close to the beach, one can expect at least 25–30% growth of selling price in the next two-three years, and after completion of the project.

Rental revenue

Our villas (already built) deliver 8–10% gross rental revenue yearly. This gives about 5-7% net return on investment for the owners, after all related expenses and owners’ costs. We anticipate a further increase in rental rates and revenue upon completion of the project resulting in a 7-8% net rental ROI.
