Vista del Mar has united the talents of designers, engineers and builders from Thailand and other countries with extensive international experience. Our team has been previously involved in various projects in different countries, ranging from the restoration of 15th century villa in Montenegro to modern housing projects in Bulgaria and Finland to hotels, residential villas and very successful condo projects here in Phuket, including, among others, iconic Trisara resort in Naithon and Homa project in Bangtao.

Our development team is experienced in delivering all facets of high-end tropical living: from legal structuring and off-plan investments to high-quality construction to turnkey delivery and lifestyle management.

Mr. Arun Phaeophanchoo (Khun Kio)

Over 30 years of experience in the hospitality and development sectors in Phuket, owner and principal of several local businesses, including restaurants, beach clubs, and residential projects.

Mr. Arun has been residing in Phuket since childhood and comes from a well-established, well-known, and highly respected Thai family.
Bachelor's degree from Phuket Rajabhat University, Master’s degree from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) in Bangkok and currently a Ph.D. course at the same institution. Actively participates in government and international conferences on the development of tourism in Thailand.

Mr. Arun maintains strong relationships with both municipal and provincial authorities and supports various social projects for the local community and children. Among his contributions, he also sponsors a local football club.

Co-founder, foreign investor

Mr. Sergey A. Nesterenko

Over 30 years of experience in real estate and international law and consulting, cross-border investments, tax planning, company setting up, property sales, rent and development. Sergey has an extensive background in organizing businesses in over 50 countries.

Founder and board member in real estate, consulting, media and educational businesses. Speaker and author for Forbes and other business media and international conferences.

First arrived in Thailand in 1995, this country became a second home for his big family and later - his favorite place for doing business. His wife Irina, with over 10 years in interior design, has always supported him and has been the author of Vista del Mar layouts and interiors.

Head of construction

Mr. Hasanai Meesuwan (Khun Nai)

With over two decades of experience, Khun Nai commenced his distinguished career in Phuket in 2000 and possesses exceptional mastery in structural design and construction management. In August 2011, he co-founded A.E. Phuket Co., Ltd., now a leading construction enterprise on the island. His portfolio includes the successful construction of The View Kata, three Homa hotel projects in Phuket, along with numerous high-end condominium and residential villa developments.

Mr. Hasanai was born in Nakhon Si Thammarat province of Thailand and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) in Bangkok, ranked in 2020 the 1st among Thai universities by Times Higher Education.

Iconic Trisara resort, one of his first projects in Phuket, has been a place where he first met his wife, Khun Jay.

Ms. Navachon Suksawat (Khun Jay)

Since 2001, Khun Jay has accumulated extensive experience in the fields of design and construction. She contributed to many residential and commercial projects here in Phuket including The Villas Overlooking Layan, Utopia, Noon village, and a number of individual luxury pool villas.

In August 2011, with her husband Khun Nai, she co-founded A.E. Phuket Co., Ltd, now a well-established construction company with more than 500 employees.
Ms. Navachon was born in Songkhla province and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS) and is a licensed Architect.

Now, as a director of the company, Khun Jay is leading the company’s own design department with more than 15 engineers, architects and designers. Her leadership ensures that all projects adhere to the highest standards of innovative engineering and architectural excellence.

Head of Operations

Sergey Nesterenko Jr.

Over a decade of experience in residential and resort real estate, as well as the restaurant and hotel industries. Sergey gained valuable international exposure by the age of 30 with an impressive background, working and living in different countries — Switzerland, the United States, Russia, Singapore, and Thailand.

Growing up visiting Phuket as a tourist, Sergey continued his passion for the island by obtaining a hospitality degree in Switzerland and later working in one of Southeast Asia's finest hotels.

After spending two years in Moscow's luxury real estate industry, Sergey joined the family business in 2022 to bring his extensive knowledge and experience to Vista del Mar.

He is dedicated to improving the project's product line and providing exceptional client services while catering to the needs of the discerning international public.
