Behind every home we build, there's a team that has been here for years. 🤝
🤍 Mr. Arun Phaeoph
...
anchoo (Khun Kio) — General director, major shareholder, who built trust the way it's done here: over time, through shared values, and a deep understanding of the land and the people.
🤍 Sergey Nesterenko Sr. — co-founder, foreign investor and developer, whose motto «Live with a view!» started it all.. His stance: build as if you're building for your own family.
🤍 Mr. Hasanai Meesuwan (Khun Nai) — Head of construction, owner and director of one of the leading building enterprises in Phuket, who possesses exceptional mastery in structural design and construction management.
🤍 Ms. Navachon Suksawat (Khun Jay) — Head of design and engineering, implementing the highest standards of innovative engineering and architectural excellence of our projects.
Our engineering duo, Khun Jay & Khun Nai, care about all you see in our beautiful homes and — and even more important — about what you can't see. Foundations. Drainage. Materials that last in Phuket's climate. The invisible work that makes everything else possible.
🤍 Sergey Nesterenko Jr. — the one who brought international exposure from Switzerland, US, and Singapore, and made sure that every client experience is held to the same high standard as the construction itself.
We're a team that knows each other, trusts each other and builds that way. 🌿
