Available in 5 different designs range these 2-storey, ocean view villas offer footprints of between 300 and 650 sq.m. The villas are elegantly situated on the slopes of the hill overlooking Naithon Beach, ensuring a stunning sea view. Each villa is also easily accessible from a wide internal road that winds through the villas and tropical gardens, yet contains its own privacy and surroundings.

All villas contain 2 levels, the top level at the rear has direct access to the road and  private parking, the front offers spectacular views from the pool deck, dining area, kitchen, lounge and master bedrooms. The lower levels contain 2 or 3 further bedrooms with the front facing ones offering a balcony with panoramic scenery over Naithon Beach.

Our villas are built in 5 different designs to accommodate different tastes and needs, however there are set features and luxury detail that are built in to all designs. These include; a 12×4 private pool, large pool terrace with BBQ, 2-4 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, an open plan fully equipped high spec kitchen, entertainment and office area, built-in furniture, air-conditioning, stylish contemporary interiors and covered parking for 2 cars.
